The best storage facility renting from and I've tried quite a few. Really helpful and friendly crew here in Burnaby.This is a new building with 5 floors and is very well designed for easy access.Large carts available and large elevators.Easy parking at the large indoor parking with room to back up a trailer and clearance for large vans.Top notch security at the doors and elevators. Special lock design on lockers adds security.If you've got things you really want to preserve this is a top choice. Nicely climate controlled.Thanks to the staff for all the help.

I wish there was an option to give zero stars to this maple leaf location. The store manager is so rude and has no etiquettes of how he is supposed to talk to someone. I would never recommend this location to anyone. I hope maple leaf head office take this review in consideration and next time own wards teach their employees and management some manners before hiring them.

The storage company that You Move Me moving company recommended and have some scamy discount with shady MaplevLeaf is terrible.They recommended Maple Leaf storage.Maple Leaf Storag staff are pirates. The staff at Maple Leaf storage Vancouver – Highway 1 & First Ave, lie and tell you one thing earlier day then lie again to suit their convienance.My appt flooded, I had to move all my stuff out for restoration. Stupid Maple Leaf said my movers could move everything in without me being present as long as I was there by 6pm. I paid for the movers to move all the stuff in the truck and unload it there.Then the staff at stupid Maple Leaf wouldnt allow them to proceed. Despite being pre arranged and providing credit card number. I had to go to ER during time of arrival, due to unplanhef mefical emergency. But was planning on going back by 6 pm same day to stupid Maple Leaf. Which was ok as I was out of the hospital at 5 pm same day. Due to the incompetent staff my stuff had to be reloaded on the truck and stored in the truck overnight somewhere. Huge Bill.In addition Maple Leaf is very, very expensive even with scam 20 percent discount from You Move MeI ended up finding a different storage company/facility at Sentinal Storage, at3333 Bridgeway St, Vancouver, BC V5K 1H3. The staff their are amazing. Allow virtual check in so movers can move stuff in without you having to be present.Not to mention that its a brand new location at like one third the price for the same size and general location.Maple Leaf storage should be more profesional, less shady, and lesd expensive Storage.With staff who lie or are incompitent. Likely both.If you want me remove my negative review to multiple review sites Maple Leaf can pay all my over night storage in the truck fees.

Once the paperwork is completed, then movers are welcome to complete the move without the tenant’s attendance. We understand that you had some challenges getting to the office to complete the paperwork, but unfortunately our policies are in place for security reasons and to protect both our tenants and ourselves from issues of liability. We tried to reach you several times to get an updated status and make some arrangements, but unfortunately neither our team or the movers were able to connect with you. I would recommend training for your people you have representing your business.If only the representation that you have at your establishment care more about talking to people with respect and with maturity rather than policing who is parking in your empty parking lot - it would probably garner more business than you are currently having.I received notice today that my grandpa has final days left in his life, and the only thing he wanted was a lemon drink sold at Bosa foods (next store). I am rushing to get back to his house to meet the doctor while trying to get this drink he wants so I park in the empty parking lot next door and this lady comes out screaming at me to move or I will get towed.I understand the situation. I understand I wasn’t supposed to park there. But what I choose to not understand, nor accept is the fact that she could not treat me like a human and talk to me like an adult. You do not know what people are going through in their life and the power of having a mature conversation rather than a screaming fit is something I recommend you circle back with your employees, and provide further training on how to be a decent human being. This situation was a joke and I did not appreciate being treated the way that I did. Like I said to her, which was the only thing I left to say on the matter is .. have a great and happy holidays.I will not be recommending anyone to this establishment, nor any of your other locations.

This storage facility is the best I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Besides the features of excellent highly modernized security, which make me both personally feel good about being in the space, I know my goods are safe too. The climate control means there are no damp boxes or musty smells. Well lit and you can stay dry as you unload your vehicle on a rainy day because you drive in and unload. Ample supplies to assist and moving supplies to purchase. The best part of the Maple Torage facility at Kootney Road off of Boundary and 1st is the person and people running the shop. Tracey is the manager there and has helped me when I've needed it. She cares and it shows. I will continue to come to Maple Storage because of everything I mentioned but the icing on the cake is Tracey! Her staff there have followed her approach. It is a top shop for storage you won't regret leaving your things here.

Staff here is great and the facility is always nice and clean.One issue that I have. It would be great if staff spoke to people about their trolly use. On a number of occasions I’ve come to move things in and out of my locker and all the trolleys are gone. They are being used by one person moving in/out. This isn’t really fair to others that use the facility and it should be policed a little better.

We needed storage due to an emergency and the Maple Leaf team made the process much less stressful. The facility is well kept and secure and our move in and move out went smoothly. The team was warm, communicative and helpful and even made sure to reach out when they suspected we hadn't locked our unit properly. This is a great storage facility. The staff have been very helpful in onboarding when I got there, facilitating a prospective move between units, and during my move in to help the truck maneuver. I definitely appreciated the security setup. The loading bays are behind a locked gate and all the floors are locked down. The facility is clean and the supplied dollies were working well. It's right off the highway on a quiet street so it's been low stress getting in and out.

Right from the first inquiry, Manager Tracy has been extremely helpful in answering questions and arranging registration procedures. I am in Ontario but it went over smoothly as if I was on site. Her knowledgeable suggestions and advices were very valuable. Her pleasant attitude has been a much appreciated relief for otherwise stressful endeavour.
Pictures of the place show a newly and nicely constructed facility and managed by very competent staff.
I am very comfortable with my yearly lease and confident my furnitures will be in good care.

Let's face it: storage is stressful. But the team at this brand-new facility made the transition both in and out as seamless as possible. Maple Leaf Storage by Boundary road and 1st avenue in Vancouver ..This Brand spanking new Facility is centrally located with the quick access tot he highways either going East or to North Vancouver or you can head to south Vancouver . LOCATION LOCATION-LOCATION for any Businessman is the key to saving time and effort.I got a 10x20 unit , the most rectangular with no wall obstruction design and high ceiling with mesh on top.The facility is very very clean ! Well lit and awesome customer service. After our first locker , we added another locker 10x15 and have stayed here for at least 8 months using the facility .. there are lots of different types of carts to use and load up inventory.. flat surface or upright slot carts .Very clean washrooms located by the lobby and drinking fountain…The time to move is here and Guys Don’t forget YOUR LETTER TO VACATE 7 days prior .. the customer service is awesome at This facility … we got our early MapleLeaf Xmas Bonus!! There was a mis-step by me on the procedure and a miscommunication with a former csr.. This is when I spoke Ms Tracy of Malle leaf Stoage came and listened to our situation and through her professionalism and outright care for their business patrons and made our Xmas by making her decision to support us and forego the 7 days notice to vacate for all our units!!Ms Tracy And MapleLeaf Storage, thank you for the many months of doing business together .. and we will be back with our next business Inventory in 2023 to Maple leaf Storage because of this very kind consideration to the matter!! Keep up the good work MAPLE LEAF STORAGE and keep and take care of your staff like Ms Tracy who represents your office and the rest of the CSR team!! I highly recommend Maple Leaf Storage at Highway #1 in Vancouver. I was a tenant there from Aug through Oct (2022) while I relocated from California back to Canada. Everything I owned was at Maple Leaf Storage temporarily while I decided where in British Columbia I intended to live, and I had confidence that everything there was safe.I checked out several storage facility companies in the Vancouver area, using Dymon Storage from Ottawa (which I also had used) as the model for what I expected. Only Maple Leaf Storage met (and exceeded) the expectations I had. If I need storage again in BC, Maple Leaf Storage will be my preferred company for that.Some key points:- The building at Highway #1 is very secure. There are more security cautions/checks than I had put trust in at other storage facilities.- The units are clean and tidy. In fact the whole building is.- The building is easily accessible. It is easy to get on/off Highway #1 to the storage facility - which was a real bonus for my movers and for me in frequent visits. The loading bay is also roomy.- The staff are super nice and helpful. I had a great experience with them in getting setup and moving out.- The building is next door to the Vancouver Police Station - which to me added an element of enhanced security.- As an adjunct, there is Bosa Foods next door for nice coffee and food while doing things at the facility or when finishing up. Just a nice incidental perk to the location.Highly recommend storage with Maple Leaf at this location.

I had to move to my new apartment on November 3rd, but I didn’t want to spend money just to pay for another month for the “3days”.And the manager were very nice to allowed me still keep my stuff in the unit until the day I need to move with free charge. They offered the best rate around, the site is incredibly clean and well maintained, there are lots of different carts and hand carts available to move your stuff. The team was amazing, and efficient with knowledge on intro and outro of my belongings. Place is super clean and convenient right beside the hwy and can always access + I accidentally messed up my lock and they fixed it free of charge in a fast manner
