I’ve rented a locker at 1818 Quebec St Vancouver for almost 20 years. The staff has always been very accommodating (we miss Bruce who retired recently) but the current staff, James, Rueben and Sachini are good to work with and go out of their way to be helpful.

Thank you so much for arranging this storage locker earlier today on such short notice! As well, for your assistance and patience from elevator code access to VISA acceptance of funds, and your colleague's assistance, during the hours Smart Movers were unloading my move at MLSS. It went without a hitch, as always.
I have been a client of MLSS in Vancouver, BC, since the 1990's. At the time, there was a smaller storage facility in Yaletown. I have used other storage facilities in Vancouver and the lower mainland prior to and since, dependant mostly on a client's preference and not my own. Whether it has been personal or professional, I use MLSS always. I have never experienced better service than MLSS at any other facility. From the wonderful, knowledgeable and customer service driven professional employees including management, down to the secure, easy to access, clean, and well-designed high-quality buildings, it has always been a pleasure to do business with MLSS.

Because I had far more stuff to move from my 0ld 2 bedrooms to new Co-Op studio room,
I needed to rent a storage space from March. I was very lucky t0 find Maple Leaf Storage near my new Co-Op building in Vancouver, BC. Because I changed the size of the storage spaces to accommodate my need and I had to travel to out of country soon after the move in March till early May , I didn’t realized the original payment arrangement was cancelled till recently when I received the final notice from the collection office..
But your staff at the Vancouver office were. very kind and helpful to rescue me from the
worst situation.. I thank them from the bottom of my heart.

The team at the Quebec Street MLSS is extremely friendly and has excellent communication which is key for our business when it comes to logistics and deliveries into our locker. I rented space at Maple Leaf Storage on Quebec St in Vancouver BC for a month in November 2021. The service I received was very good and professional. The space was impeccably clean, and the easy access and logistics to load and unload made the move easy and quick. I highly recommend this location if you need to store your belongings for a period of time.

Had a great experience in-store with Constantine and Bruce. Constantine was very helpful explaining all the procedures, contracts, etc. This is my first time storing, and it was for my company during a move. They were both welcoming and helpful as I had to wait a long time for my movers to show up. The Quebec St. facility is very nice, and my storage unit had ample room for all our office furniture. Highly recommend to anyone looking for storage solutions in the central Vancouver area!

As a general contractor, I’ve accessed my storage locker several times a week to pick up / drop off tools and materials. I’ve also had to change to a different locker size on a few occasions over the years to meet my changing needs. The staff at the Quebec Street location are always extremely helpful, easy to deal with, and the place is extremely clean and secure. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for storage solutions near the Olympic Village.

I stored my film equipment here for years. It was extremely safe, secure, and with great hours for available loading and offloading. The manager and staff are lovely, helpful, and supportive. I was often out of the country, but there was never an issue with my gear, or payments from offshore.
