What a joke, don't store with Maple Leaf if you have other options. Was sold on storing there by staff who claimed they hadn't had a break in since they opened. My unit was broken into about 1.5 years ago, stuff was stolen and Maple Leaf didn't even give a break on the rent for that month. Today I received notice that they are raising monthly prices for the second time since I was broken into, and they still haven't properly fixed some of the issues that were from the break in. Will be taking my business elsewhere as soon as it's convenient. Don't store with Maple Leaf if you have other options.

Enough cannot be said for the courteous professional prompt team at Maple Leaf Storage Quebec St in Vancouver. Bruce, Reuben, & Constantine always went out of their way to make us feel welcome. I've been here twice for packing supplies and they are always friendly, efficient and helpful. They even went out of their way to makeshift a handle for the huge boxes I was taking so I could cary them home more easily (I don't drive). On my second trip, they again made sure I could easily carry stuff home and insisted I take an itemized receipt so that if any of the bags/covers I got didn't work, I could return them. And they suggested items that were the best value for what I needed, held the door so I could easily get out (I am short and could barely see over my stuff, so that little gesture went a long way)...and their prices are great! WAY cheaper than Amazon. Customer experience wasn't top of mind for me when I was looking for packing supplies but I really appreciated it, especially when everything is so chaotic with a move.

I 100% recommend Maple Leaf for storage. They've been super helpful and responsive for all of our needs. I know I can call or email and I'll get a response almost immediately.The Store Manager, Bruce was a huge help when we were moving out. We had to coordinate with third party labor to move out remotely, and Bruce went out of his way to make sure the transition went smooth for us. If I have any more storage needs in the area, I'm definitely going back to Maple Leaf!

My friend and I went and did shopping at this Maple Leaf location and spent $300 on on all of our packing items. A very nice man helped us on our first visit. We went back after a week to get more supplies and after our purchase, we noticed we were charged for 4 plastic wrap rolls but we only wanted 2. When we asked why we were charged for these items that we did not purchase, the guy who was the owner (Very rude man) said that the guy who helped us during our last visit forgot to charge us for 2 rolls and now he was charging us for them. He did not mention this at the time of purchase and just added these items without informing us.Charging someone's credit card without their authorization is a crime, is it not !!!!?? We spent more than $500 in your store and you still try to scam us by charing for items that were from a different transaction several days prior!!!You're better off shopping somewhere else that won't try to swindle you out of your money.

Very happy with my experience with the Quebec street Maple Leaf Storage. I had originally reserved an 8' x 10' unit, but when I arrived it turned out I needed a 10'x10'. Thankfully they allowed me to be flexible and allowed me switch my reservation to the larger unit without any additional fees (except the cost differential).Later during my reservation I lost the key to my unit and they helped me replace the at a very reasonable price.Overall, the units were clean, the service exceptional, the staff friendly, and there are several large spaces for moving trucks (20 foot truck fit fine). I would recommended this to my friends, family, and anyone reading this review!

I rented space at Maple Leaf Storage on Quebec St in Vancouver BC for a month in November 2021. The service I received was very good and professional. The space was impeccably clean, and the easy access and logistics to load and unload made the move easy and quick. I highly recommend this location if you need to store your belongings for a period of time.

I just moved into town and have been calling around town shopping for quotes for a storage solution, running through my standard list of questions.I had an unpleasant experience speaking with a rep named John. After asking about history of break-ins specifically, he asked if I had any history of break-ins myself. Confused, I asked him what he meant and he accused me of calling from a call centre. To his defence, I was calling from a Starbucks but this still seemed surprisingly aggressive and rude, and turned me off considering them as a service altogether.Do better John.EDIT: Looks like I got fake-named. I made the mistake of asking for the rep's name AFTER the negative experience. Way to be professional "John".

This place absolutely saved me. Me and some friends were struggling to find a place to store our stuff over the summer with other places filling up, but when I found this branch and called, the staff were amazing, they were quick and kind and made everything super clear, especially for someone who had never used a storage facility before. The whole process of signing the papers, paying and putting our stuff away barely took anytime, the accessibility to the unit was super convenient, and payment was easy, since you can pay the bill online. Overall, loved this place, especially since I messed up with cancelling the unit and they made it super easy for me regardless of the fact that I messed up. Would definitely use again!

As a general contractor, I’ve accessed my storage locker several times a week to pick up / drop off tools and materials. I’ve also had to change to a different locker size on a few occasions over the years to meet my changing needs. The staff at the Quebec Street location are always extremely helpful, easy to deal with, and the place is extremely clean and secure. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for storage solutions near the Olympic Village.

Had storage at this location for many years and found the staff friendly and helpful. The property is well managed and always very clean. Security is top notch. It definitely will be my fist choice if I require storage in the future.

I found all staff to be incredibly friendly and attentive. I forgot to lock my locker one day and the site manager called me to let me know immediately. The facilitiy is very clean and bright.

I rented this storage locker and place for a period of two to three months.Plans changed and I ended up with my high quality furniture there for over four years. Perhaps the cumulative rental costs would have paid for the furniture ( not quite). However, I moved the stuff to my new place today and just set up my bed and dining table and it is as good as new.The place is clean, safe and has excellent staff and management. I recommend this location and management sincerely.Mr. Lalji please take note.

The team at Maple Leaf has been great. The facilities are clean, secure, safe, and the quiet classic rock radio in the background made each and every visit awesome. I've had storage lockers in other facilities before and this, and Maple Leaf takes the cake for overall experience of quality of security. Hands down will store with Maple Leaf again should the opportunity come up.

Great staff, great security system, but pricey. It is definitely an upscale storage facility. Elevator and cart system was efficient. Drive up to any bay door and easily access elevators to load up your vehicle.

Management , courtesy and helpfulness at this facility is excellent. I highly recommend Maple Leaf Storage at the Quebec Street location. Bruce M., the manager, is organised, accommodating and keeps the facility spotless. I am happy to be rid of all my "extra stuff", but would not hesitate to use this company/location again, if ever needed.

I stored my film equipment here for years. It was extremely safe, secure, and with great hours for available loading and offloading. The manager and staff are lovely, helpful, and supportive. I was often out of the country, but there was never an issue with my gear, or payments from offshore.
