This facility is spotless. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Upon entering the building we were offered a coffee or bottled water, which was much appreciated. I was impressed with the wide ground unloading entrance doors and a multitude of wheeled dolly carts available to use. Upon returning home I received an e-mail that I did not properly secure my lock on the door. This meant anyone could open it. I was now at home in Abbotsford B.C. and my chances of going back to the locker right away, was impossible. Therefore with my permission they cut my lock and installed one of their spare locks for me. Which I sincerely appreciate. All said, it was a very pleasant experience using their extremely clean storage facilities. I would give a 5+.

CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN….i can tell you this, when you have your belongings in storage for over 2 years and there is no dust on the boxes and no spiders in the boxes, it’s an amazing experience. Thank you Maple Leaf for providing great space for our special stuff.

I’m looking for storage in Calgary which has dozens of storage facilities. Because this site requires me to fill out a form before I can see the cost I just moved on to the next business. I don’t have time to fill out forms and sit around waiting to hear back. I’m also not interested in my information in the files of a company that could possibly snap me constantly with their advertising long after I’ve chosen another storage unit. I’m not saying this company would do that but I would be silly to assume no company would do that. I know it’s a bit ridiculous that I’m now giving my email to write this , but after several places using this sales tactic I thought I would respectfully make someone aware that they may be loosing out on clients. Maybe you have decided that you gain more buy people who don’t like to say no after personal communication but I don’t think so. I will not be one of those people, please do not use my personal email to contact me , I will not respond. I do hope this is met with the best intentions it was written with. Thank you

My experience with Maple Leaf Storage is a positive. I can get in when I need to, the place is clean (including washrooms) and it is straight forward on what you can expect. Nice people, secure place, and they brought us bottled water and cookies when they saw me and my friend working at lunch. How nice is that, and yes, I would use them again.

I recently downsized and moved and found out I did not have any storage on site. I reviewed the different storage facilities and found the Maple Leaf Storage Glenmore location that had great pricing and convenient location. The staff was quick to respond to my inquiry and answered all my questions. I have a unit that suits my needs and my budget. The staff are amazing and super friendly. I would recommend renting a unit at this location.

I have nothing but good things to say about the Glenmore location. I rented my first unit in 2015 when I was downsizing prior to a move. Over the years I moved things in and out with never an issue. Eventually I downsized my unit with no problem. Just this week I removed the last item and relinquished my unit.
I will miss the friendly and knowledgeable staff, the jokes, and the convenience of the location and its amenities (covered loading bays, variety of trollers available for use, knowing that my contents were secure and protected in their climate controlled building. The place was always clean, tidy, and well lit.
If you are looking for an easily accessible storage unit, I highly recommend Maple Leaf Storage Glenmore Location.

Staff should get 5 stars. Very helpful with explaining the whole process. One member even assisted with directing trailer backup. Facilities in the main loading and unloading area could be a bit cleaner. Washroom and garbage areas could use some attention. Otherwise a very nice facility.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. They even called us when our lock seemed to be latched incorrectly so we wouldn’t suffer any thefts or damage to our belongings. We have changed storage unit size multiple times with ease thanks to the management.

The Glenmore location has been home for many of our items for nearly 1 year. The staff has had some changes since moving in, but the smiles and kindness remain the same. It is a very clean, temperature controlled building, making it pleasant to sort thru our items away from the elements.... and NO dust! We would definitely store here again if needed. :)

We chose Maple Leaf storage as they were close to our previous home. We needed to store the contents of a 1 bedroom apartment while we went to work abroad. From the moment I stopped by to inquire about it, I received such great service! Now, over 2 years later, I am actually sad to be moving our stuff out. The facility is so well maintained, clean and safe. The team that works there are exceptionally nice, helpful and knowledgeable. Should we ever have storage needs again in Calgary, we will be back in a heartbeat. Thank you to the team, it's so nice to know our belongings were safe while we were so far away! I am so pleased with this facility and staff. All our phone and email questions are answered promptly and professionally. The facility is very clean and the security is above-board. We recently had an issue with movers who were delayed due to inclement weather, traffic and construction. Our move in dates and projected volume of stuff were a little up in the air. Robert and Ibrahim were both flexible and friendly in helping figure out what we would need. On moving day, dolly carts were available. An elevator was locked off for us. The facility was clean, bright and easy to navigate. Thanks guys!

I stored home's worth of possessions here for three years while I attended university on the west coast. Achieving my university degree might have been hampered by many things, but I was thankfully never concerned about the stuff I put in storage. From the outset, my experience with the staff was that they are friendly and professional and facility very secure. The facility is clean, well supplied with apparatus to assist with moving big objects and has very large accommodating bay doors and elevators. I experienced very minor and acceptable central increases annually, but these were far below any increases I had budgeted for. Overall, this was a great facility, wonderful people (who remembered me when I returned three years later to collect my stuff), and a secure, cost effective option. I highly recommend to others.
